Background & Experience

Otto grew up in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in Economics and a Minor in Business Spanish. He has been a dynamic participant in the real estate and finance industry for over 16 years.

He is fluent in Spanish and passionate about working and creating more opportunities for underrepresented individuals in the business community.

His knowledge of site selection, leasing, development, investment, acquisition, and acumen in negotiating complex commercial real estate transactions have distinguished him in the field. With extensive experience in both Landlord and Tenant representation, Otto has represented or worked with: U.S. Government, U.S. House of Representatives, Technology Companies, Associations, Government Contractors, Fortune 500 companies such as Wal-Mart, UPS, Allstate, Aflac, Manpower Group, GameStop, other corporations and brands such as CNO Financial Group, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, T-Mobile, and Allan Myers.

Experience

He has advised local, national, and international companies as well as property owners alike on developing and executing their strategic real estate plans. He has been involved with over $400 million dollars worth of assets and successfully represents more than 1 million square feel of commercial property space.
